Fo Ben Shi Dao: Founding a School in the Earth-Immortal Realm

Entering the earth-immortal realm, Zhou Qing refines the rank of heavenly immortal from the primordial spirits of a wolf spirit and the Withered Bone Lord. He takes a peak on Black Wind Mountain and moves the whole Jade Pillar Immortal Mansion there as the foundation of the Way of Heaven Sect in that realm.

Liao Xiaojin, Wen Lanxin, Yunxia and the fox spirits move into the mansion one after another. The great many disciples Diling Zi had led in the human world are brought over in batches, and the nearly thousand of the Great Ease Palace live on a peak of their own.

The demon soldiers he has subdued build halls, towers and formation gates on Black Wind Mountain, and five peaks are soon joined into one. Zhou Qing hands down the Way of Heaven scrolls to his disciples, and they enter seclusion and pass their ordeals in the numinous air of the realm.

After fighting Niu Mowang, Zhou Qing returns to the mountain and settles the last of his human-world disciples and temples. He enters seclusion to refine his spirit while Wen Lanxin and others hold the mansion, and Black Wind Mountain has some decades without a great war.

Beyond the mountain gate, the armies of the southern continent, the western continent and the northern sea are still moving. Zhou Qing leaves the mountain to settle the northern sea, and travels between the Heavenly Court, the demon kingdoms and the schools, while the Way of Heaven disciples take up posts in each place.

The Jade Emperor invests Zhou Qing as the Gouchen Emperor, and Yuanshi Tianzun sends down a talisman commanding him to sweep away demonic and Wu vapours. Zhou Qing goes up from Black Wind Mountain into the Gouchen Palace, where he can move the star officers and soldiers of heaven, and his disciples begin to campaign with the armies.

The Gouchen Palace and Black Wind Mountain stand thereafter one in heaven and one on earth. Zhou Qing receives heaven’s commands in the palace, while Wen Lanxin, Liao Xiaojin and the rest gather the disciples in the mansion and send elixirs, treasures and troops to the front.

As the killing fortune of the investiture draws near, both the mountain seat and the Gouchen Palace are swept into the war of the four teachings. Zhou Qing afterwards attains the primal unity and the Way of Heaven Sect is renamed the Way of Heaven Teaching, so that Black Wind Mountain becomes the root of that teaching in the calamity of the four.
