The story of Three-Treasure Jade Ruyi

When Yuanshi Tianzun settled the investiture at Yuxu Palace he kept the Three-Treasure Jade Ruyi before his seat. Once the Zhuxian and Ten Thousand Immortals formations had opened he came outside them with the ruyi on the nine-dragon aloeswood carriage.

In the Ten Thousand Immortals Formation, Yuanshi met Tongtian Jiaozhu’s sword with the ruyi. Cihang Daoren, entering the Four Symbols station, also showed a three-headed six-armed form, holding up the ruyi in one hand and the willow sprig in another to break the station.
