The story of Treasures of the Four Heavenly Kings

While the four Mo brothers held Jiameng Pass they carried the blue-edged sword, the jade pipa, the Mixed-Origin Pearl Umbrella and the purple-gold flowered marten. Raised together, wind and fire, the sound of the strings, the drawing power of the umbrella and the beast all bore down on the Western Qi ranks at once.

The four were killed and invested as the Four Heavenly Kings, and their treasures went with their offices into the image of the gate of heaven. When the heavenly soldiers came down in the Journey story, the four kings still stood in line with sword, pipa, umbrella and beast.
