The story of Twelve-Ranked Red Lotus of Karmic Fire

Minghe refined the Twelve-Ranked Red Lotus of Karmic Fire in the sea of blood in the underworld. The throne floats on the waves of blood, and red flame burns outward along its twelve tiers of petals without harming the heart of the flower.

After the Asura were born out of the sea of blood, Minghe governed them from the red lotus, with Yuantu and Abi hanging on either side of the throne. When an enemy came into the sea of blood, the red lotus shielded his body first and the two swords came out of the firelight afterwards.
