Yin-Yang Mirror
The story
Chijingzi kept the Yin-Yang Mirror in the Yunxiao Cave on Mount Taihua, one face of it red and one white: the red light gave life to whoever it fell on, and the white struck him down. In breaking the Ten Absolutes he once used it to cut off Wen Zhong’s retreat.
Yin Hong received the mirror before coming down the mountain, then broke his master’s order and went over to the Shang camp, striking down Zhou officers one after another with the white face. Chijingzi came to the lines, caught the mirror-light with the Taiji Diagram, and carried the mirror back to his mountain.
