In short
A wheel under each foot, wind and fire trailing behind, letting Nezha cross a battlefield at speed and fight in the air.

The story

After Taiyi Zhenren had rebuilt Nezha in his lotus body he gave the wind-fire wheels to his disciple. Nezha stood with one under each foot, wind rising from their rims and firelight trailing behind him along the cloud-road.

On the Investiture battlefield Nezha crossed ramparts on the two wheels to pursue enemy officers, and fought high in the air beside Lei Zhenzi and the rest. When the war ended the wind-fire wheels left the armies of the human world with him.
