Qiankun Ruler and Numinous Lamp
The story
When Randeng Daoren came down to direct the Chan Sect’s breaking of the formations, the Qiankun Ruler hung in his sleeve and the Numinous Lamp lit his altar. After Zhao Gongming had beaten immortal after immortal with the Sea-Stilling Pearls, Randeng took the ruler and met him himself.
The Sea-Stilling Pearls later came into Randeng’s hands, and he carried the twenty-four away from the Investiture field with the Qiankun Ruler and the Numinous Lamp. When the Buddhist altar was raised again, lamplight and the light of the twenty-four devas stood together before his seat.
